Who handles your information

This website is operated by Ocean Labs under the AssureLane brand. Ocean Labs is responsible for information you submit through the request form.

Browsing the site

No registration is needed. We do not use advertising cookies. The server keeps access logs (IP address, time, page, browser type) for security and troubleshooting for up to 90 days.

The compliance needs check runs entirely in your browser; answers are not uploaded.

The request form

The request form is provided by Feishu (Lark). What you submit — name, company, role, contact details, description — is stored in our Feishu workspace and is also subject to Feishu’s own privacy policy.

• Purpose: to contact you, assess fit and prepare a proposal.
• Sharing: we may share necessary requirement details with our delivery partner to prepare a proposal; before doing so we will tell you who the partner is and ask for your consent. We never sell your information.
• Retention: inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
• Please do not submit full contracts, customer data, source code or audit files through the form.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent. Leave a note through the request form; we reply within 15 business days.

When this notice changes, we update the date above.
