So global compliance stops blocking growth.
AssureLane is a security and compliance service brand operated by Ocean Labs. We sit on your side of the table: read the requirement precisely, then bring in the right specialists to deliver.
Scoping, coordination, one point of contact.
Requirements arrive from several directions at once: questionnaires, SOC 2 clauses, EU data-processing terms, AI governance questions, CE and cybersecurity rules for hardware. Different specialists interpret them, but the same team has to deliver.
Our job is to turn those requirements into clear projects — outcome, scope, who does what, time and cost — then deliver them with our professional partner and stay with you through annual upkeep.
Delivered by a professional partner firm.
AssureLane projects are delivered by a partner professional-services firm covering SOC 2 readiness, ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS implementation, ISO/IEC 42001 AI management systems, and privacy and product compliance.
The delivery partner performs gap assessment, policies and controls, evidence preparation and readiness review, and coordinates with independent CPAs and certification bodies. The professional services contract is signed directly between the partner and the client; before signing we disclose the partner’s legal entity, credentials and the specialists on your project.
What independent firms do
SOC 2: only a qualified independent CPA firm can issue the report. The readiness adviser cannot also audit.
ISO/IEC 27001 / 42001 / 27701: certification is audited and decided by an accredited certification body; certificates can be verified through the accreditation body.
Legal advice: specific legal conclusions come from qualified lawyers.
Four principles we do not bend.
No guaranteed passes
Audit conclusions belong to independent CPAs and certification bodies. We commit to accurate scope, operating controls and complete evidence.
No borrowed credentials
We do not issue reports or certificates, and we never present a partner’s clients as our own.
Itemised quotes
Advisory, audit or certification, tooling and travel are listed separately.
Minimum necessary data
No full contracts, customer data or audit files at first contact; sensitive material only after engagement terms are set.
Your buyer is waiting. Start with a clear scope.
A 30-minute scoping call: confirm whether the buyer needs a report, certificate or questionnaire answers, what is in scope, and a realistic timeline.
